Victor Virginio has worked in various roles since 2010. Victor began their professional career as an Intern at Caixa Econômica Federal, where they tracked clients requests and reduced waiting time, filed requests such as opening accounts, and sold products such as credit cards. In 2013, they were a Monitor at CLAC UFRJ. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Teacher of English at Yázigi Ilha do Governador and Cultura Inglesa de Duque de Caxias. In 2019, they were a Translator. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Worldpackers, where they are responsible for generating high quality growth of the base by increasing retention, developing excellent activation strategies, and fostering positions upsell. Victor is also improving the company's understanding of users' success and its difference among different use cases and user personas, as well as collecting user data and feedback and reporting it in a relevant and simple way to peers and other teams. Additionally, they are a UX Researcher and Designer.

Victor Virginio has a varied education history. In 2021, they attended Gama Academy to pursue UX Design.
