Pavel Fedotov has extensive experience in the fields of quantitative research and bioinformatics, currently serving as Regional Research Director and Deputy General Manager at WorldQuant since January 2015, where previous titles included Vice President, Senior Quantitative Researcher, and Quantitative Researcher. Prior to this role, Pavel worked as a Researcher and Programmer at ITMO University from 2008 to January 2015, and contributed as a Teacher at the Bioinformatics Institute, focusing on programming in Python and algorithms for biologists. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Visiting Researcher at Washington University School of Medicine involved bioinformatics and data analysis. Pavel Fedotov holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from ITMO University, complemented by studies at the Academy of Modern Software Engineering.
