Salil Damle

Salil Damle, a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit derivatives, reference data management, and investor relations, currently serves as Vice President at WorldQuant since November 2016, after progressing through roles as Lead Engineer and Senior Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as AVP in the Credit Derivatives Middle Office, and at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation as Assistant Manager in CDO Analytics. Salil's career began at The D. E. Shaw Group, where diverse responsibilities included managing investor relations and developing back-office infrastructure. Educational qualifications encompass a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management, along with an MBA in Finance and Economics from ICFAI Business School. Salil also holds a PRM in Risk Management from PRMIA, USA and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.
