Jonathan Wareham has a wide range of work experience in academia and research. Jonathan started their career in 1999 as a Professor at Georgia State University, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined ESADE Business School, Ramon Llull University, initially as a Professor and later taking on additional roles such as Director of Research, Vice Dean (Research), and Dean of Faculty & Research. During their time at ESADE, they were responsible for the evolution of the research portfolio, including managing research units, funding and educational programs. In 2014, they also became the President of the European Board at Worldreader.
Jonathan Wareham completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989. Jonathan then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Economics, in 1989. In 1996, they enrolled at the Copenhagen Business School and earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, which they completed in 1996. Jonathan continued their studies at the Copenhagen Business School and completed their Ph.D. in Management Information Systems, General in 1999. Additionally, it is known that Jonathan attended Patrick Henry High School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this education.
