Christopher Wykes

Christopher Wykes has extensive experience in fraud management and transaction monitoring, currently serving as Fraud Team Manager at WorldRemit since June 2016. Wykes effectively collaborates with departments such as Compliance, Customer Care, and Operations, while engaging senior stakeholders to align the Fraud Investigations team with company objectives. Prior experience includes leading a team of over 50 as a Team Lead in Transaction Monitoring, where responsibilities included scheduling staff, developing quality assurance processes, and managing transaction volumes. Christopher's earlier roles include working as a PPI Case Handler at Momenta Operations and in various positions at MotorSport Vision, including Catering Assistant and Operations Administrator. Wykes holds a degree in War Studies and History from the University of Kent and an International Baccalaureate from Dartford Grammar School.
