Sylwester Telega

Sylwester Telega is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at WorldRemit since January 2023, Sylwester previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Payability from October 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing software development, QA, and DevOps teams, optimizing processes, and developing engineering strategies. Additionally, Sylwester has held key roles at Sii Poland, Booxware Software Entwicklungs-GmbH, and Sabre Holdings, where a progression from Software Engineer to Director positions was demonstrated, along with successful management of large teams and complex projects. Sylwester's educational foundation was established at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
