Manager, Builder Trainer Services at Worlds

Daniel Grochowski has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2021. In 2017, they began their career in the US Army as a Junior Advisor, then a Platoon Leader, and eventually a Field Artillery Captains Career Course Student, where they received Distinguished educational honors for ranking in the top 10%. Daniel then became a Senior Advisor and Division Current Operations Officer, managing an intensive training program for 500 Field Artillery soldiers.

In 2021, Daniel joined Worlds as a Project Management Intern, where they advised the development of the Worlds Protect Covid_19 Kiosk and developed a qualitative analysis process for testing the Worlds Enterprise user interface. Daniel then became a Senior Worlds Builder, leading the seamless transition of customers' real world geographical locations and data gathering sensors into a 4D digital twin platform. Daniel also authored the Worlds app training manual and directed the certification process. Finally, Daniel became Manager of Builder Trainer Services, directing day to day maintenance, development, and operations of over 40 AI models and over 30 4D models in the Worlds app platform. Daniel also fostered Worlds' ability to scale by finding model overlap, providing key product tool development input, training end users, managing shareholder engagement, expediting 4D model generation, and influencing the sales funnel.

In 2022, Daniel joined Five and Fly, LLC. as a Pro Bono Officer Transition Coach, building a company to help Army active duty officers who are looking to separate from active duty into the corporate world get started on the right azimuth. Daniel also trained and coached small and medium sized businesses how to land and retain the talent that comes with those candidates.

Daniel Grochowski has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they completed in 2016. Daniel is currently enrolled in a Project Management program at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
