Jean-Marc Cuvelier has had a long and varied career in the field of Human Resources. Jean-Marc began their career in 1989 as an IT Manager for Gruma. In 1991 they moved to Praxis as a Project/Master Franchise Manager. In 1995 they joined Vitro as a Personnel Planning and Development Manager. In 1999 they took on the role of VP of HR, Compensation and Benefits Director and Senior Organisational Development Manager for Corporativo Grupo IMSA. In 2007 they were appointed Director of Human Resources for Consolidated Metco Inc. and in 2009 they became V.P. Human Resources Europe & Latin America for Checkpoint Systems. In 2016 they took a sabbatical year and worked as a freelance self-employed People Specialist. In 2018 they joined Prosegur as Human Resources Director - PROSEGUR (Transition to Fiducial). Most recently, in 2022 they joined Worldsensing as Director People.

Jean-Marc Cuvelier attended Lycée Français de Mexico from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a French Baccalaureat in Economics. Jean-Marc then attended Universidad de Monterrey from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor's in Business. In 1999, they returned to Universidad de Monterrey to pursue a Master of Business Administration in International Business, which they completed in 2002. In 2006, they attended University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for an Advanced HR exec program.
