Roger Viaplana Muzas has been working in the IT field since 2012. Roger began their career as an IT Services Intern at ESADE Business & Law School, providing support and training tasks to teachers and students of ESADE within the Moodle platform. Roger then moved to Unitronics in 2013 as a Customer Service Engineer, implementing networking projects among different clients. In 2014, they were a Wireless Administrator in the 2015 edition of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. From 2015 to 2020, Roger worked as a DevOps Toolchain at Roche, a DevOps Engineer at Sportium Apuestas Deportivas S.A., and a DevOps Engineer at Innofis|CREALOGIX. Currently, they are a DevOps Engineer at Domestika and a Site Reliability Engineer at Worldsensing.

Roger Viaplana Muzas obtained an Engineer's Degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2013. In 2019, they received certifications from the Linux Professional Institute and Scaled Agile, Inc. for LPIC-1: Linux Administrator and Certified SAFe 4 Agilist, respectively.
