Oliver Dubois du Bellay

Oliver Dubois du Bellay is an experienced professional currently serving as Partnership Programmes Manager at WorldSkills International since October 2020, having previously held roles as Projects and Member Services Manager and Projects and Member Services Coordinator within the same organization.
