André Cariola Amaral

André Cariola Amaral has a diverse work experience in the sports turf industry. André is currently a board member of SoCal SFMA starting from February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Agronomist and West Coast Director at World Sports USA since August 2022. As the Director of Operations and Partner at World Sports Soluções Esportivas from July 2012, they oversaw the company's operations in Brazil, including the maintenance of various stadiums and sports facilities. André also managed renovation services for sports fields used by top sports teams in Brazil. André Amaral has also served as a member of STMA's Internacional Committee since March 2020. André began their career as an Eng. Agr. Responsável at Verzani & Sandrini from August 2006 to July 2012.

André Cariola Amaral received a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from ESALQ/USP in 1995. André then obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UNIFAC in 2001.
