Lee Standard has an extensive background in marketing and contracting, particularly within the bio-medical field. Lee started their career at Video Applications, Inc. where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Improvement & Special Projects VP. In this role, they were responsible for a wide range of projects across multiple departments including marketing, operations, logistics, HR, finance, and accounting.

In 1998, Lee left Video Applications to join EZ Flo International as their General Manager. EZ Flo was going through some tough times but Lee was able to successfully turn the company around by implementing process improvements, increasing accountability, and optimizing inventory. Thanks to Lee's hard work, EZ Flo was soon back on track and thriving.

In 2003, Lee left EZ Flo to start their own company, Cedar Spring, Inc. Cedar Spring was a start-up venture focused on marketing bio-medical technologies to government agencies nationwide under women-owned, minority-owned and native-owned small business certifications / designations. The company was a success and Lee served as their Chief Marketing & Contracting Officer until 2008 when they left to take on an unknown role at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage).

Lee Standard is a highly successful businesswoman with a proven track record in marketing and turnaround management. Lee is a respected authority in the bio-medical field and has successfully founded and grown their own company. Today, they continue to work at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage) in an unknown capacity but is sure to be making a positive impact wherever

Lee Standard has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business with a focus in marketing, finance, and entrepreneurial studies. They also have a BA in social sciences from UC Irvine with a focus in economics and data analysis.

TJ Donoghue is currently the Director of Engineering at WorldStage, Inc. TJ has been with the company since February 2018. Prior to that, they were the Project Manager from July 2003 to December 2008.

Mike Halper is the Vice President of Staging at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage). Mike has been with the company since October 1992 and has been in their current position since March 2022. Mike was previously the Producer at Rebo Studios from January 1982 to December 1992. Mike also worked at ABC News - World News Tonight from January 1981 to December 1982 as Finance.

Peter Smith is currently the Lighting Account Manager at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage), a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Production- Lighting at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage) from February 2016 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing corporate audiovisual installations in New York City, as well as being the main point of contact for [WorldStage](/org/worldstage)'s theatrical and museum clients. 

From January 2015 to February 2016, Peter Smith was the Technical Director at Fourth Wall Events. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of events and ensuring that they ran smoothly. 

Before that, from June 2011 to January 2015, they were the Production Designer at Tallen Technology Rentals where they were responsible for designing and oversee the production of events. 

From January 2010 to June 2011, they were the Senior Project Manager at The Lighting Design Group where they managed projects from start to finish and oversaw a team of designers and technicians. 

And finally, from September 2009 to December 2009, they were the Production Stage Manager at Farrington Productions where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.

Mark Levine is the current Financial Planning and Analysis at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage). Prior to that, they were the Global Controller at [AvePoint](/org/avepoint-public-sector-inc) from June 2015 to February 2016. Mark was also the Vice President at [Opera Solutions](/org/opera-solutions) from June 2011 to June 2015 where they were instrumental in closing on a new $20M commercial banking facility and maintaining current banking relationships. Mark was also responsible for the implementation of a rigorous close process, taking the time to close from 41 days to 21 days (and improving); Deployed new ERP system, Workday Financial Management. Led accounting discussions on workflows and GL structure; Managed the preparation of Board packages for quarterly meetings as well as ad-hoc reports as requested.

Mike Watjen is the Director of LED Services at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage). Mike has over 19 years of experience in the field of audio-visual equipment sales and support. 

Mike started their career at [Barco](/org/barco) in 2001 as a customer service engineer. In this role, they provided phone and on-site support for [Barco](/org/barco) customers. Mike quickly rose through the ranks and became a field sales engineer in 2005. In this role, they were responsible for generating sales quotations, conducting site surveys, and providing product demonstrations. 

In 2013, Mike transitioned to an inside sales specialist role where they continued to provide support to [Barco](/org/barco) customers. Mike left [Barco](/org/barco) in 2017 to join [WorldStage](/org/worldstage) as a Sr. LED Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for phone support, trade show support, sales demos, and after-sales support for both fixed installation and events customers. Mike also developed and taught [Barco](/org/barco) LED classes. 

Mike has been with [WorldStage](/org/worldstage) since 2019 and is currently the Director of LED Services.

Mike Watjen's educational career began with a type of training in Basic Electronics and Ground Radio School. Mike then attended the United States Marine Corps.

Frank Mejia was the Director of Audio Visual Services at Swank Audio Visual from September 2004 to January 2008. Frank is currently the Met Pav at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage).

Christopher DeMott is the current Project Manager at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage). Prior to that, they were with NMR Events from June 2011 to July 2013 where they were the Technical Director and Project Manager. Christopher was also with the US Census Bureau from January 2010 to December 2010 as the District Crew Leader.

Daniel Aleman is a Project Manager at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage), a position they have held since August 2013. Prior to that, they were a Data Analyst Intern at [CNBC](/org/cnbc) from June 2013 to August 2013. Daniel has also worked as a Technical Director/Sound Engineer at Lincoln Continental from February 2013 to August 2013.

Mark Henrickson is a Technology Specialist at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage). Mark has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having worked previously as a programmer, assistant director, and business specialist. Mark is responsible for developing custom software for interactive experiences, and has helped ensure the smooth running of various audiovisual businesses. Mark has also contributed to the success of the Apple Portland store, which ranked 2nd in the region behind San Francisco in terms of sales volume.

David Teufel has been working in the audio and visual industry for over twenty years. David started their career as a media services coordinator at [Fordham University](/org/fordham-university) and then worked as a service technician and RF/comms specialist at Scharff Weisberg. In 2013, they joined [WorldStage](/org/worldstage) as the wireless and comms department manager. David has also worked freelance as an A2, RF/comms technician for Event Tech.

Ramon Trinidad has worked in a variety of industries, starting out as a custodian and eventually moving into management. Ramon spent four years working as a custodian at Universal Orlando Resort before taking a job as a Loader at [The Home Depot](/org/the-home-depot). After less than a year, they were promoted to Assistant Manager at Subway. Ramon is currently the Director of Procurement at [WorldStage](/org/worldstage).
