Bettie Ford

Bettie Ford, SHRM-CP, has had extensive work experience in human resources. Bettie began their career at Blue Ridge Mountain Sports in 2007, where they served as a Human Resources professional until 2014. In 2014, they joined WorldStrides, initially working in Accounts Payable/Finance-International. Bettie then progressed through various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, Bettie holds the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at WorldStrides.

Bettie Ford, SHRM-CP, attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Finance. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended PVCC Workforce Services and focused on Accounting and Finance. Bettie has also obtained additional certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023, and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2019.
