Alexandra Izquierdo

Alexandra Izquierdo, MHROD, has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and business partner roles. Alexandra is currently serving as the Director, Global People Business Partner at Worldwide Clinical Trials. Previously, they worked as the Human Resources Director - Southeast at Rentokil Terminix from November 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Staples, including Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Business Consultant within the Supply Chain division. Alexandra also gained experience in human resources management in companies such as Medline Industries, NFI/Amazon Fulfillment Center, Crown Linen, National Steel Rule, and Snelling Staffing. Their expertise spans across different industries and regions, making their a well-rounded professional in the field of human resources.

Alexandra Izquierdo, MHROD, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Strayer University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Strayer University from 2009 to 2011. Alexandra also possesses an Associates of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Middlesex College, which they earned from 2001 to 2004. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Marketing Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a Certificate of Studies in Human Resources Consulting & Leadership Development from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
