Heather Bornemann

Heather Bornemann has extensive work experience in the clinical research industry. Heather is currently the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations Site Management at Worldwide Clinical Trials since January 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Parexel from 2007 to 2019 in various positions including Manager of Clinical Operations and Global Clinical Lead. Before Parexel, they were a Lead Clinical Research Associate at PRA International in 2006. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Clinical Lead/Senior Clinical Research Associate and a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Parexel from 2003 to 2006. Overall, Heather has held roles of increasing responsibility and has expertise in managing clinical teams, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations, and optimizing workflow processes.

Heather Bornemann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Heather also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Lab Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. In addition, they have obtained the CCRA certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
