Kelli K. Maw

Kelli K. Maw, MD, FAAFP, MPH has extensive experience in the medical field. Kelli K. currently works as a Senior Medical Director for Worldwide Clinical Trials, where they medically manage clinical trials, collaborates with the Medical & Safety project team, and provides therapeutic training. Prior to this role, they served as a Medical Director for Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc, providing protocol development, medical monitoring, and support for drug research activities. Kelli K. also worked as a Medical Director for ICON/PRA Health Sciences, monitoring global clinical trials and evaluating subject safety data. Dr. Maw has served as a Principal Investigator for Meridien Research, overseeing Phase II to Phase IV clinical trials. Kelli K. has also held positions as a Medical Expert for the Social Security Administration, a Bariatric Physician for Medi Weightloss Clinics, and a Medical Executive Director for the Florida Department of Health. Earlier in their career, Dr. Maw worked as an Epidemiologist for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where they investigated outbreaks and conducted epidemiological studies.

Kelli K. Maw, MD, FAAFP, MPH completed their education at various institutions. Kelli K. earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the Institute of Medicine 1, Yangon, Myanmar. Kelli K. then pursued a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Population and Family Health from Columbia University, School of Public Health. Later, they attended NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Brooklyn Campus, where they completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) and specialized in Family Medicine Residency. Additionally, they hold additional certifications such as the Advanced International Pharmacovigilance and Argus Safety Certification (APVASC) from CCRPS, and they are a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. Moreover, they obtained a Florida Medical License from Florida Health.
