Amanda Gayles

Amanda Gayles, MS, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Employee Relations and Human Resources Director for the West Region at Worldwide Flight Services since August 2021. Previously, Amanda held the role of Human Resources Director at Blue Origin, where strategic thought leadership in HR was emphasized in a fast-paced tech environment. Additional experience includes serving as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at YMCA of Greater Seattle, Chief Human Resources Officer at Neighborcare Health, and Strategic HR Business Partner at Boeing, among other roles in various organizations. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Saint Martin's University and a Master's in Human Resources from Chapman University, with additional education from Cornell University.
