Rakesh Rajan

Rakesh Rajan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the aviation and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources for Worldwide Flight Services in India, Rakesh has been pivotal in establishing operations at Bengaluru International Airport. Previously, Rakesh held the position of Director-Head of Human Resources at Celebi Aviation Holding, where Rakesh led HR for India's largest air cargo terminal and achieved a historic settlement with the CITU trade union. Rakesh's career also includes significant roles at Flipkart, BMW India, and Titan Company Limited, focusing on industrial relations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Rakesh holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Strategy from Alliance University and a B-Tech in Computer Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
