Amol Warty

Amol Warty is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for India Operations at Wipro PARI since October 2023. Previously, Amol led the HR Consulting Practice at Circular Angle from June to September 2023 and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Crane India from May 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included formulating and recommending HR policies as a member of the India Leadership Team. Amol's earlier experience includes serving as Group Head of Human Resources for the Boilers and Heaters Business Unit at Thermax Limited and managing the Total Rewards program as Manager of Corporate Human Resources. Additionally, Amol worked as Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Lear Automotive India, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation Management.
