Anupama Subramanian

Anupama Subramanian is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic organizational development and transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for WTW in India since November 2015, Anupama manages risk management, compliance, information security, and internal communication, while also actively participating as a board member for the Mumbai entity. Prior to this role, Anupama was the Executive Human Resources Director during a pivotal merger between Willis and Towers Watson. Anupama's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Altisource, Ocwen Financial Solutions, and Standard Chartered Bank, where significant contributions to global HR and organizational development were made. Anupama holds a degree in General Management and Leadership from INSEAD and a PGDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis.
