Since August 2013, Giselle has served as Team Leader for International Claims Customer Service at WorldWide Group. Prior to this role, Giselle worked as an Account Executive at Grupo Neurona in 2013 and held the position of Billing and Accounts Payable Coordinator at OMG from 2009 to 2013.
