Mónica Restrepo began their professional career in 2010 as a Promoter of Sales at Teleperformance. In the same year, they joined Agrocolanta in the same role and was responsible for direct, personalized, and telephone customer service, as well as the sale of medications and veterinary supplies, and handling of cash registers. In 2012, they joined ZOOM as a Promoter of Sales. In 2014, they began working at Wormhole IT as a Customer Success Specialist, where their goal was to help Tier 1 accounts reach their business goals through the use of their products. Mónica focused on strengthening the relationship through follow-up meetings, where they reviewed performance indicators and proposed actions to reach the proposed objectives.

Mónica Restrepo has an education history that includes a degree in Comunicación Organizacional from Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera - IUSH, which they are currently pursuing. Mónica also holds a Licenciada en Administración Agropecuaria from UADE, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Tecnologa en Producción Agropecuaria from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, they have a certification in Tecnología en Producción Agropecuaria from SENA.
