Alba Racero

Alba Racero is a research chemist who specializes in cellulose and sustainable materials. Alba is currently employed at Worn Again, a company that creates sustainable textiles from recycled materials. Prior to working at Worn Again, Alba was a polymer researcher at POLYMAT, where they developed new copolymers based on an innovative poly (ionic liquid)s-based conductor material. Alba also worked as a computational scientist at the Computacional Chemistry Group- UPV/EHU, where they studied dynamic covalent bonds in nitroxide-based self-healing polymers. Alba's experience and expertise in sustainable materials make their an asset to Worn Again and the environment.

Alba Racero has a Master in chemistry and polymers from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.

Their manager is Adam Walker, Chief Scientific Officer. They work with Lauri Hauru - Research Scientist, Cellulose, Rajendran Muthuraj - Polymer Scientist, PET, and Ioannis Anastasopoulos - Project Manager & Research Scientist.
