Christian Fabros

Christian Fabros has had a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting. Christian is currently the Vice President at Worth Search, a start-up focused recruiting firm. Previously, they were the Head of Recruiting at Glossier, Inc. and also served as the Head of Business Recruiting at the same company. Before that, they worked at Compass as the Recruiting Manager for various departments and also held the positions of Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. Prior to Compass, Christian was a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Bloomberg LP and a Vice President at RSR Partners. Christian began their career as a Recruiting Manager at Solomon Page Group.

Christian Fabros attended Bowdoin College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Legal Studies.
