Hayley Allan

Hayley Allan is an experienced Learning Support Assistant at Worthing College since September 2022, and Co-curator & Owner of re-humanising.co.uk, where narratives from medical professionals are shared for reflection. Allan served as a National Educator for ATLS Sweden from January 2018 to December 2022, contributing to the development of instructor courses and materials. Previous roles include Consultant Medical Educator at ETC Education & Training Consultancy until October 2021, Co-Director of the Medical Assistants Pilot Programme for SW London from April 2017 to June 2021, and Visiting Lecturer at Kings Learning Institute at Kings College London from April 2014 to August 2018. Additionally, Allan developed courses for the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and served as National Educator for ATLS UK from 2007 to June 2018, actively participating in international educational settings. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Educational Research from the University of Brighton and several other degrees in education and counseling.
