Kathy Lucas has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Release and Oracle Instance Manager at Worthington Industries since June 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing enterprise releases and managing both non-production and production environments. Prior roles at Worthington Industries include Senior IT Consultant, providing support for Infrastructure project initiatives, and Production & Support Manager, focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite applications and various management processes. Kathy also held the position of Vice President of Technology Services at JPMorganChase from 1979 to 2005, further enhancing a robust IT background. Education was completed at Philo High School from 1965 to 1969.
