Bethany Kimmet

Bethany Kimmet is currently serving as the Sr Manager HRIS and Payroll at Worthington Steel since December 2023. Prior to this role, Bethany held the same position at Worthington Industries until the company separated its Steel Processing business in December 2023. With a background in human resources, Bethany has a wealth of experience in HR compliance, management, and development, working with corporate teams and leading HR functions for various business units. Bethany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Organizational Communications from Otterbein University.
