Leah Bailey has over thirteen years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Worthington Industries since June 2010, where responsibilities include supporting multiple strip steel plants in Columbus OH, Cleveland OH, and Rome NY. Prior roles at Worthington Industries included Human Resources Manager, focusing on talent management and retention initiatives, and Human Resources Generalist, driving company-wide HR initiatives for over 200 employees. Leah also served as an HR/Compensation Analyst, utilizing analytics tools to influence company-wide pay structures. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services from Otterbein University, where studies took place from 2006 to 2010.
