Leticia Klotz

Head of Economics Research at Worthix

Leticia Klotz has been working in the field of economics since 2013. Leticia began their career as a Teaching Assistant at FGV in 2013, followed by an Econometrician role at QuestManager-CX in 2014. In 2018, they became a Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. In 2020, they worked as an Economics Summer intern at Amazon, and in 2022, they were appointed as Head of Economics Research and Consultor de meio período at Worthix. During their time at the University of Minnesota from 2017-2022, they held the role of Instructor and Graduate Researcher.

Leticia Klotz has an extensive education history. Leticia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from UERJ in 2010. Leticia then went on to earn a Master's degree in Empirical Industrial Organization; Applied Econometrics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014. In 2016, they began their studies at the University of Minnesota, earning a Master of Science in Economics in 2019 and is currently in the process of completing their Doctor of Philosophy in Economics. Additionally, Leticia has obtained three certifications: Agile Leader Training from Coursera in 2022, The Data Science of Experimental Design from LinkedIn in 2021, and Predict Employee Turnover with scikit-learn from Coursera in 2020.
