Eran Weizel has been working in the finance and legal industries since 1997. Eran began their career at ICQ as a Quality Assurance employee in 1997, then became a Webmaster in 2001. In 2005, they joined PwC as a Senior Associate. In 2008, they were an intern at Gornitzky & Co. In 2010, they returned to PwC as a High-Tech Senior Manager. In 2012, they became the CFO of AfterDownload Ltd and in 2013 they became the VP Finance at ironSource. In 2017, they became the CFO of Jackpot.com and in 2018 they became the CFO of Worthy.com. Throughout their career, they have managed the finance, legal, and compliance teams, including internal and external professionals. Eran has also managed the financial activities of the group, including cash flow, daily and monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, budget vs actual, and more. Eran has managed the legal and compliance activities of the group including agreements with customers and vendors, investment agreements, compliance with authorities’ regulations, GDPR implementation and more. Eran has also led the financial, legal, tax and business aspects of the purchase of Afterdownload by IronSource. Eran has incorporated Afterdownload's accounting and reporting departments and processes into IronSource. Eran has also been involved in M&A transactions and debt restructuring arrangements, and has led successful business development activities, focused on high-tech companies.

Eran Weizel obtained their BA in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University in 2006. Eran then obtained a CPA certification from the Israel Accountant Council in March 2008. In 2014, they completed an Executive MBA in Business/Commerce, General from Tel Aviv University. Eran also holds an Advocate certification from the Israel Bar Association.
