Josh Todd

Josh Todd has had a varied career in customer service and education. Josh started their career at THE Buckeye Council, Boy Scouts of America in 2006 as a District Executive, where they were responsible for the recruitment of new scouts and the annual fundraising campaign to raise over $100,000 each year. In 2009, they moved to Marlboro Christian Church as the Minister of Education & Youth, overseeing all programming for ages birth through high school, including program planning, volunteer recruitment and management, and lesson preparation. In 2015, they began working at Hartville Hardware as the Customer Service Manager, overseeing a Customer Service Team of over half a dozen and the overall customer service department for the E-Commerce Division of Hartville Hardware. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Worthy.com as an Escalations Manager.

Josh Todd attended Western Hills High School from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a College Prep High School Diploma with a focus in Youth & Family Ministries and Bible. Josh then attended Kentucky Christian University from 1999 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth and Family Ministries. In March 2022, Josh Todd obtained a Learning Data Analytics: 1 Foundations certification from LinkedIn. Josh also holds a Certificate of Ordination from Minerva First Christian Church.
