Lindsay Harrop

Lindsay Harrop has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lindsay is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Worthy.com since August 2020. Prior to that, in 2020, Lindsay held two roles at Lendio. Lindsay was a Sunrise Loan Forgiveness Specialist from July to August, where they provided dedicated account management services and assisted clients in obtaining Payroll Protection Program loan forgiveness. Before that, from April to July, Lindsay worked as a Small Business Loan Agent at Lendio.

From 2014 to 2020, Lindsay worked at Thumbtack as a Marketplace Trust and Safety Manager. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining trust and safety on the platform. Lindsay gained customer service experience at eBay from 2013 to 2014 as a Top Customer Care Representative.

In 2012, Lindsay worked as a Guest Services Associate at European Wax Center, where they handled guest bookings and provided information on spa services. Additionally, they trained and coached new Guest Services Representatives.

Lindsay's earlier experience includes their role as an Owner Relations Supervisor at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation from 2006 to 2012. Lindsay also briefly worked in sales and marketing for the company, achieving monthly sales goals and working on a commission-based incentive program.

Lindsay Harrop attended the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Master Aesthetician degree specializing in Medical Aesthetics.
