Anna Gromova

Anna Gromova has 13 years of work experience in various HR roles. Anna began their career as a Manager in the Training Center at the Central Scientific Research Institute of Sewing Industry in Moscow in 2003. In 2007, they joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as an HR Specialist and gradually progressed to the role of HR Manager and HR Business Partner. From 2014 to 2015, Anna worked as an HR Generalist at the legal firm BLS, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, and employee motivation.
