Galina Alekseeva

Galina (Rudchenko) Alekseeva has extensive experience in the HR and recruitment field, with their most recent role as Head of HR department at YIT - Construction and Building company since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at ANCOR from 2008 to 2017, starting as a Recruitment Consultant in the Construction materials and equipment department and eventually becoming a Senior recruitment consultant, where they managed a team of consultants in Moscow and was responsible for recruiting managers in sales, marketing, and logistic positions.

Galina (Rudchenko) Alekseeva completed their Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky from 2002 to 2008. Subsequently, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in State and municipal management from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration from 2010 to 2012.
