Stasa Vukovic

Stasa Vukovic has significant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2021 to present, they are serving as the Head of Technology Project Management at Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to this role, they worked as the Project Manager Team Lead at the same company from 2021 to 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Stasa Vukovic served as the Executive Director at Phar.maluk.process.ing doo, where they provided expert consulting services for the pharmaceutical industry, including new product development and project management. Stasa also supported the evaluation and selection of candidates for new products and pipeline management, enriched the product portfolio, and oversaw the realization of high-demand projects related to development, transfer, testing, and registration of various drug products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics.

Before that, from 2007 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Hemofarm AD member of STADA Group, including Deputy Director R&D and Project Manager R&D. In these positions, they led pharmaceutical development, managed a team of over 100 associates, and was responsible for the development of new products, registration documentation, and maintaining the existing product portfolio. Stasa also played a key role in budgeting processes and coordinated activities related to registration in various markets.

From 2000 to 2007, Stasa Vukovic worked at Hemofarm as the Chief of Solid Form R&D Department. Here, they organized and led projects for new drug formulations, managed laboratory and pilot plant operations, ensured compliance with quality standards, and oversaw production process validation.

Stasa'scareer in the pharmaceutical industry began in 1996 at HEMOFARM, where they served as the Head of Solid Dosage Forms Plant. Stasa was involved in designing, equipping, and operating a new manufacturing facility for solid drug forms, including clean room design production areas.

Stasa Vukovic began their education at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, where they pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from 1989 to 1994. Later, in 2007-2008, they attended the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, where they obtained a Specialist degree of academic study in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stasa Vukovic has obtained several certifications. In November and December 2018, they completed various courses on LinkedIn, including Operational Excellence Foundations, Six Sigma Foundations, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP), Consulting Foundations, Critical Roles Consultants Play (and the Skills You Need to Fill Them), Developing Executive Presence, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization, Program Management Foundations, and Transitioning Out of Your Job.
