Rui Magro Correia

Rui Magro Correia is an experienced professional in the marketing and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Head of Marketing & Experiences and Chief Experience Officer at WOTELS since February 2023. With a strong background, Rui has held leadership roles including Vice Chairman at Europe's Famous Hostels since October 2019, and President of Associação de Hostels de Portugal from May 2020 to January 2023. Previously, Rui was the Head of Country for Cats Hostels, managing operations and successful launches across Portugal from April 2019 to January 2023. Rui also contributed as General Manager at Europe's Famous Hostels from May 2016 to April 2019 and as a Business & Marketing Consultant from June 2015 to May 2016. Other notable positions include Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager at Oney Portugal and various roles at Portugal Telecom. Rui's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
