Jhasmin Glass

Jhasmin Glass is currently a CLDP Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, having joined the organization in June 2024 as part of the Chase Leadership Development Program. Jhasmin serves as President of the Ohio University Consulting Fellows, overseeing operations and leading project teams, and has held previous roles within the organization, including Vice President of Operations and Recruitment Chair. As a Wandell Fellow, Jhasmin participates in a selective business organization focused on professional development and networking. Other leadership roles include College of Business Student Ambassador, Peer Mentor for freshmen multicultural students, and founding member of the President's Cabinet for Inclusive Excellence. Additionally, Jhasmin has held various positions in the Asian American/Pacific Islander Student Union and completed a fellowship with JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jhasmin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Ohio University, anticipated in 2025, following a high school diploma from Worthington Kilbourne High School in 2021.
