Shannon M. Mitchel

Shannon M. Mitchel is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in wound care and medical management. Currently serving as CEO of Mitchel Wound Care Consulting since March 2017, Shannon also holds the position of Health Manager at PEMEX since June 2023. As Medical Director and Physician at Nova Medical Centers since October 2017, Shannon specializes in the care of injured workers. Previous roles include Medical Director and Wound Care Physician at WoundCentrics and Medical Director at Cornerstone Hospital Round Rock. Additionally, Shannon has provided wound care consulting for patients in long-term care facilities during tenure at Accelecare Wound Centers, Inc.
