Doyle Mallory II has significant work experience in various roles within the field of information technology and customer service. Doyle began their career with FedEx Express in 2003 as a Handler and eventually became a Teamleader/Aspire Candidate, gaining valuable leadership skills. In 2013, Doyle joined UF Health Jacksonville as a Pc Support Specialist I, focusing on technical support. Doyle then moved on to Geeksquad in 2014, where they worked as a Consultant Agent for four years. Currently, Doyle holds multiple roles at Wounded Warrior Project, starting in 2015 as an IT Service Desk Technician II and later becoming the Information Technology Service Desk Manager.

Doyle Mallory II obtained several certifications before attending higher education. In 2013, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Centers where they received certifications in A+, Net+, and Security+. From 2011 to 2012, they enrolled at Santa Fe Community College and pursued a degree in Implementation Management. Following this, they attended Lambuth University from 1998 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2013, Doyle Mallory II obtained additional certifications including ITIL Foundations from ITIL Certified, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA, CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA.
