Warrior Care Network Director at Wounded Warrior Project

Erin Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Erin began their career as a PreDoctoral Intern at the DuPage County Health Department in 2008. Following this, in 2010, Erin joined Linden Oaks Hospital at Edward as a Clinical Therapist for Anxiety Services. During their time there, they played a crucial role in developing and launching an Intensive Outpatient Program for adults with anxiety disorders. Erin supervised interns, conducted group therapy sessions, and maintained coordination with a team of psychiatrists and nurses. Erin's next role was at Kaplan University, where they served as an Adjunct Instructor from 2010 to 2017. Since 2013, Erin has been associated with the Wounded Warrior Project, initially as a Combat Stress Recovery Program Manager and later as a Regional Combat Stress Recovery Program Director. In 2020, they transitioned into the role of Mental & Brain Health Services Director and subsequently became the Warrior Care Network Director in August 2021.

Erin Fletcher completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at Niagara University from 1999 to 2003. Erin went on to pursue further education at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Chicago Campus, where they obtained their Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology.
