Julian Sorkin

Systems Administrator at Wounded Warrior Project

Julian Sorkin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Julian began their career in 2000 as a C-5 Aircraft Electrical & Environmental Systems Journeyman in the United States Air Force. After their military service, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at SIS Consulting from 2004 to 2009.

In 2009, Julian joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Conversion Lead and later transitioned to a role as an Installation Lead at Best Buy/Best Buy Mobile. Julian then served as a Linux Support Specialist/Administrator at Transaction Data Systems in 2011, followed by a role as a Windows Support Specialist/Administrator at Server Intellect from late 2011 to 2012.

Julian's next role was at The Scarlett Group, where they worked as a Tier II Support & IT Audits professional from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they moved on to work at Black Knight Financial Services as a Product Support Analyst II, providing maintenance support for mission-critical servers and resolving user problems.

From 2017 to 2019, Julian was an IT Windows Server Specialist at MountainStar Capital, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their systems and performing server administration tasks.

Most recently, Julian joined the Wounded Warrior Project in 2020 as a Systems Administrator. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in IT support, systems administration, and problem-solving.

Julian Sorkin obtained their High School Diploma from Lake Brantley High School, where they attended from 1994 to 1999.
