Katiuska Pabon-Beauchamp's work experience includes roles at the Wounded Warrior Project and the U.S. Coast Guard. At the Wounded Warrior Project, they worked as an Outreach Specialist starting in February 2019. Prior to that, they had a long career in the U.S. Coast Guard, starting in 1998. During their time in the Coast Guard, they held various roles, including Military Experience Contingency Planner, Marine Safety and Environmental expert, International Outreach Coordinator, and International Affairs Incident Command Structure Instructor. Katiuska also worked as a Port Security Specialist, primarily focusing on contingency planning for the ports of Southeast Florida, liaising with Port and Industry Directors, and serving as the Secretary for the Administration of the Maritime Security Committee of South Florida. Their tenure with the Coast Guard lasted until July 2018.
Katiuska Pabon-Beauchamp obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Education in General Education from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon from 1994 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management with a Concentration in Leadership at Strayer University from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Science Management.
