Michelle Vargas, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle began their career in 2000 as a Resort Transportation Coordinator at Carey Worldwide Chauffeured Services, where they established and managed the transportation desk at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort. Michelle also organized group airport transfers and coordinated with guest services and Bell Captains to provide support during peak service hours. After four years in this role, Michelle became the Direct Response Director in 2015. In this position, they provided oversight and strategic direction for various marketing strategies to grow and diversify the donor base while engaging and retaining existing donors.
