Tim Lentine, MS, CSCS has a diverse range of work experience in the field of physical health and wellness. Tim most recently worked as a Physical Health and Wellness Coach at the Wounded Warrior Project, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 4th Infantry Division, U.S. Army from May 2018 to May 2021.
Before their time in the army, Tim worked as a Personal Trainer at the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region from February 2016 to August 2016. In this role, they conducted needs analysis to develop personalized programs for clients, provided nutrition advice, and ensured proper exercise mechanics to avoid injuries.

In addition, Tim served as a Nutrition Mentor at Central Michigan University from January 2012 to May 2012. In this role, they met with athletes to discuss eating habits, analyzed their diets, and conducted body composition measurements.

Tim Lentine, MS, CSCS obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Central Michigan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Tim has obtained several certifications. In November 2015, they became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Tim also obtained the USA Weightlifting Coach Level 1 certification from USA Weightlifting in November 2016. Tim further expanded their skills by completing the Adaptive Trainer certification from the Adaptive Training Academy (ATA) in May 2023.
