Akiyoshi Ochiai

Akiyoshi Ochiai has an extensive work experience in the robotics field. Akiyoshi is currently working at Woven Planet as a Staff Engineer and Tech Lead of Robotics since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Engineer and Tech Lead of Robotics at Woven Planet from January 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Woven Planet, Akiyoshi worked at Toyota Research Institute - Advanced Development as a Senior Engineer in Robotics from June 2020 to March 2021.

Akiyoshi also held the position of Senior Engineer in Robotics at Toyota Research Institute from January 2017 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Akiyoshi worked at Toyota Motor Corporation as a Senior Engineer in Robotics from January 2020 to May 2020, and at ZMP Inc. as a Robotics Engineer from April 2006 to February 2009.

Akiyoshi Ochiai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechano-aerospace engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2004. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Robotics from the same institution during the period of 2004 to 2006.
