Anant Simran Singh

Anant Simran Singh has diverse work experience in software engineering roles. Anant Simran is currently working as a Software Engineer at Woven Planet since September 2022. Anant Simran'sprevious experience includes working as a Software Engineer, Search at Moveworks from March 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Computer Vision Student Researcher at the University of California, Irvine from July 2020 to March 2021, where they implemented and improved a real-time SLAM system and evaluated a static TSDF fusion pipeline. Anant also worked as a Software Development Engineer at Flipkart from December 2016 to May 2019, where they designed and implemented a platform for classification and ranking of entities extracted from the internet. Anant Simran upgraded the Elasticsearch cluster and used Apache Camel and RabbitMQ for data insertion. Anant Simran also worked at Media.Net as a Software Development Engineer, where they optimized message processing using Cassandra as the storage engine and migrated the logging database from MSSQL to Cassandra. Anant's early experience includes working at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer, where they created a skin percentage detection service and implemented algorithms for image background removal.

Anant Simran Singh completed their Master's in Computer Science from UC Irvine in the period between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, from 2012 to 2016. Anant Simran'shigh school education was attained at SS Mota Singh Sr. Sec. Model School, where they completed their secondary education from 1998 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Anant Simran Singh also obtained certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera in April 2020.
