Andrea de Maio

Andrea De Maio has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and organizations. Andrea started their professional journey as an Intern at the Italian National Research Council in 2012. Following that, they worked as a Trainee at the European Space Agency in 2014. In 2015, Andrea served as a Robotics Intern at Space Applications Services NV before transitioning to a Robotics Engineer role at the same company in 2016. They then joined the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia as a Junior Fellow later that year. In 2017, Andrea joined LAAS-CNRS as a PhD candidate specializing in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
