Aya Ishihara

Aya Ishihara began their work experience in 2014 as an Intern and Sales and Marketing role at eBase Solutions, Inc. Aya then went on to become the NY/NJ Branch Manager at City Lights International from September 2014 to October 2016. In 2017, they joined Mercer as an Associate Consultant, where they provided benefits consulting services to clients and designed employee benefits for multinational companies. Aya worked at Mercer until November 2019. From November 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Consultant at KPMG Japan. Currently, Aya is employed at Woven Planet Holdings in the Human Resources role, starting in February 2021.

Aya Ishihara graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in International Business. Aya also had a minor in Economics.
