Hiroshi Sekoguchi

Hiroshi Sekoguchi has a diverse work experience spanning hardware design, system engineering, and solution engineering roles. Hiroshi started their career at Panasonic as a Hardware Design Engineer, specializing in Avionics business and leading hardware development projects for In-Flight Entertainment Systems. Hiroshi then joined HARMAN International as a Resident System Engineer, where they acted as the primary interface between the customer and the internal development team for infotainment products, leading the development process and aligning technical requirements with the customer's engineering divisions. Afterward, they worked as a Hardware System Engineer at HARMAN International, where they proposed system concepts and refined system design strategies for Infotainment and Telematics projects. Currently, they are working at Woven by Toyota, where they have held various roles such as Senior Solution Engineer, Staff Solution Engineer, and the current position of Lead of Solution Engineering, Geo. At Woven by Toyota, they have successfully led multiple Proof of Concept projects, served as the requirement engineering lead, and facilitated technical communication with clients.

Hiroshi Sekoguchi has a strong education history in the field of engineering. Hiroshi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kyoto University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Hiroshi then pursued further education and completed their Master's degree in Electronic Science and Engineering at Kyoto University from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Hiroshi has obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2015, they became a "Applied Information Technology Engineer" certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In 2017, they earned the "Embedded System Specialist" certification from the same institution.

Moving beyond their core expertise, Hiroshi has also acquired certifications and specializations in various other areas. In 2020, they became a "Registered Scrum Master" through Agile Education by Scrum Inc. Hiroshi also completed the "Software Product Management Specialization" from the University of Alberta as well as the "Self-Driving Cars Specialization" from the University of Toronto. Furthermore, they obtained the "AWS Certified Developer - Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services in 2020.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge and development, in 2021, Hiroshi achieved a TOEIC score of 925, showcasing their proficiency in English language skills.
