Jared Butz

Jared Butz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jared currently works at Woven Planet as a Test Engineer, starting in January 2023. Previously, they held a role as a Quality Engineer at Woven Planet from January 2022 to February 2023. Before their time at Woven Planet, Jared worked at Lyft from March 2019 to January 2022, where they held multiple roles including Lead Structured Test Specialist, Structured Test Specialist, and Autonomous Vehicle Specialist. Prior to Lyft, they gained experience as an Autonomous Vehicle Operations employee at Waymo (via Adecco) from August 2017 to February 2019. Starting their career, Jared served as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual in October to December 2016. Jared also worked as a Delivery Assistant at Classic Beverage in May to August 2014.

Jared Butz attended Claremont High School from 2009 to 2013. Jared then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics at Arizona State University from 2013 to 2018. In 2015, they briefly studied Economics at Griffith University.
